Sarah has founded two businesses that tackle some of the issues she’s most passionate about; a workplace consultancy that grows ‘people like plants’ and ‘organisations like ecosystems’ and a coaching programme that aims to transform the inner battle with self-doubt into an energy that conquers your ambitions.
Lead+Health
Lead With Health is a workplace consultancy founded by Sarah in 2022 to help organisations boost employee engagement by addressing the whole system, not just one part. Looking beyond empoyee wellbeing, Lead+Health creates Healthy Organisational Ecosystems through workshops and coaching experiences.
The Imposter Buster
The Imposter Buster is a high-impact group coaching experience that transforms participants ‘inner imposter’ from weight that holds them back into a force for personal growth by empowering them to embody authenticity, end exhausting cycles of self-sabotage and unlock their full potential to thrive.
1:1 COACHING
Sarah takes on a limited number of 1:1 clients throughout the year.
She typically partners with brilliant women who have expansive ambitions for their work/lives and know that partnering with a coach to support them on their journey is often the difference between starting or stalling and persevering versus quitting.

Sarah has over a decade of experience in shaping and structuring change & transformation work within retail operations, real estate and workplace strategy.
Sarah’s greatest asset is her focus on the whole organisational (eco)system, not just one part. By supporting teams to understand the whole picture and focus on relationships and interdependencies, the most important issues can become the guiding forces for navigating complex organisational change.

It happens to us, because of us, around us and within us. If change constantly occurring, then our capacity to embrace, navigate and lead it has a significant impact on the quality of our experiences and the success of our endeavours.
