I’ve always been fascinated by people; what they think, how they speak, what they do and how and, ultimately how aware they are of what’s driving them. I’ve enjoyed observing people in teams and as leaders across a rich variety of organisations from huge corporates to small start-ups. Along the way I’ve come to observe and understand the conditions that unlock potential and drive performance and how those conditions can be created.

Multi-disciplinary background
I achieved an accredited diploma coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching and am an accredited member (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
I have enjoyed designing and facilitating workshops for 10 years across a variety of industries and organisations. I can confidently adapt within more formal, corporate settings as well as more agile and creative environments. I enjoy co-designing agendas that maximise participation and engagement to support problem solving and decision making.
The diversity of my career journey to-date allows me to draw on experience working across corporate and creative environments within small and start-up organisations as well as the UK’s largest private employer, Tesco plc. From Retail to Real Estate, my experiences have allowed me to observe and understand the challenges faced by different organisations and how best to create the conditions for change through awareness, collaboration and communication and ultimately to understand how both high-performing and highly dysfunctional leaders, teams and organisations are made.
